Some quick instructions to help you navigate the house:

Speakers: Connect to the house WiFi and airplay directly to the speakers.

Spa: Please download the Iaqualink app to your phone. To turn on the spa heater, make sure the heater and filter pump are enabled. When the spa Is not In use, please keep the filter pump running. This will help keep the water nice and clear.
*Login info will be sent on the day of check in.

Pool: To turn on the rock slide and grotto, go to the equipment tab and turn on the rockfall. The lights are under equipment as well. It is $75 a day for pool heating. Please reach out to a member of our team and we can get this turned on for you. *Please note the pool and the spa can not be heated at the same time.

Fire Pit- Twist the knob and light with a long lighter from the kitchen drawer (left of the stove)

Outdoor lighting: is controlled by switch boxes near the pergola and sliding glass door

BBQ - is natural gas. Twist the knob and the barbecue will light

TV- All of the TVs are smart tvs and set up with the YouTube TV app. This will give you access to basic cable channels. Please feel free to use your own logins for any other apps.

Garage A/C unit: There is a remote control mounted on the wall in garage.
